Beth Harmon is a RN holding licenses in Vermont as well as New Hampshire. She has a unique background as she received her Bachelors of Science in Business Management and became a broker for the first part of her career. Beth realized that her heart’s desire was to help people and switched gears and went back to college to receive her ASN, BSN, and her MSN in nursing. She then became a board certified clinical leader in nursing.
Beth’s clinical passion is the care of patients with co-occurring disorders. She has been working with patients in recovery since 2013 with her “no stigma approach”. In 2017 she was asked to speak at the International Nurses Society on Addictions annual conference about how healthcare workers in acute hospital settings need more compassion and less stigma.
At the Retreat, Beth manages all issues related to patient safety as well as overseeing the medication administration in the Hub.
