Linda Rossi became the Brattleboro Retreat's Vice President of Human Resources in November of 2018 after serving for five months in an interim role. In March of 2021, she assumed the role of Executive Vice President of Strategy and Business Operations. As of April 2022, Linda had taken on the role of CEO. Linda is a graduate of Suffolk University where she earned her master's degree in Public Administration as well as her bachelor's degree in Business Administration.
Linda is certified by the Human Resource Certification Institute as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR). She brings many years of healthcare experience to the Retreat including serving in HR leadership roles at Steward Healthcare System in Boston, MA, and Southern New Hampshire Health System in Nashua, NH.
