Sherril B. Moran, RN, BS, MFA is a Spoke Case Manager based at Grace Cottage Family Health in Townshend, VT.
Sherril (Cherie) B. Moran, RN, BS, MFA has worked at the Brattleboro Retreat for over thirty years, in a variety of different programs. On the inpatient units, she worked exclusively with adults and as a Clinical Educator, she oriented new staff. For the last five years, Cherie has been a Spoke Case Manager based at Grace Cottage Family Health in Townshend, VT.
She graduated from Greenfield Community College School of Nursing and soon after, became licensed as an RN. She was awarded a Bachelor's of Science from St. Joseph's College in ME with a concentration in psychology. Prior to becoming a nurse, she attended Syracuse University and received a Bachelor's of Fine Arts and continued her education at Cranbrook Academy of Art in MI where she earned a Master's of Fine Arts.
Cherie uses motivational interviewing when working with people. This helps them build on their strengths, look within, identify challenges and develop strategies to achieve and maintain a sober life.
