The Mulberry Bush Early Learning Program is located on the Brattleboro Retreat campus, but it is no longer a program of the Brattleboro Retreat. The Mulberry Bush Early Learning Program is solely owned and operated by Horizon Early Learning Program, LLC.

The Brattleboro Retreat is a private, not-for-profit, psychiatric hospital offering comprehensive services designed to meet the mental health needs of children, adolescents, and adults from all walks of life.
