Psychology Doctoral Intern
Sarah Harper is a psychology doctoral candidate at Roberts Wesleyan University, specializing in Clinical and School Psychology.
She holds an M.A. in Counseling with a focus on Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of Colorado Denver. She also enrolled in a year-long program of study at the Chicago Psychoanalytic Institute: Fundamentals of Psychoanalytic Thought, from August 2023 to June 2024.
Certified as a school psychologist and in Theraplay® and Emotionally Focused Therapy®, Sarah’s work centers on attachment and trauma. She is also engaged in academic teaching and research, with her dissertation focusing on adolescent attachment security and mental health outcomes.
