Lucas Brandt is a Doctoral Psychology candidate at Antioch University-New England, with an expected conferral in 2026. He holds a Master’s degree in Psychology and is dedicated to advancing his expertise in the field of mental health.

Lucas has a special interest in Health Psychology and utilizes evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Psychodynamic Therapy, to support individuals in navigating both mental and physical health challenges. He is also passionate about Group Therapy, recognizing its transformative potential for fostering connection and growth among participants.
