Dr. Tom Hoskins completed his medical training at the University of Rochester and the University of Kentucky, and spent three years in Vietnam. He practiced general rural medicine in Putney, Vermont, with a particular focus on the disadvantaged and the excluded. In 2007 he joined Starting Now, the Brattleboro Retreat's Outpatient Opioid Addiction Treatment Program under the direction of Geoffrey Kane, MD.
